- MOUNTAIN REGIONAL WATER SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING Public notice is hereby given that the Mountain Regional Water Special Service District will hold a Public Hearing to consider adoption of its amended 2022 operating, debt service and capital budgets; and adoption of its 2023 operating, debt service and capital budgets by the Summit County Council. The Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. All participants and public wishing to attend can do so via Zoom using the instructions found on Summit County's website at summitcounty.org/AgendaCenter or in person at the anchor location of the Ledges Event Center, 202 E. Park Road, Coalville, UT 84017. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome. Copies of the tentative amended 2022 operating, debt service and capital budgets and the 2023 operating, debt service and capital budgets are available for public review from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, in the Mountain Regional Water Special Service District offices located at 6421 North Business Park Loop Road, Suite A Park City, Utah or on the District's website at mtregional.org. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Mountain Regional Water Special Service District will make reasonable accommodations for all to participate in the hearing. Request for assistance can be made by calling 435-940-1916 x312 at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing to be attended.
