- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 6th day of December, 2022, at the hour of 6:30 p.m. of said day in the Council Cham¬bers of Murray City Center, 5025 South State Street, Murray, Utah, the Murray City Municipal Council will hold and conduct a hearing on and pertaining to the consideration of amending the General Plan from Low Density Residential to Neighborhood Business and amending the Zoning Map from the R-1-8 (Residential Single Family) zoning district to the R-N-B (Residential Neighborhood Business) zoning district for the property located at 97 West Winchester Street, Murray, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment concerning the proposed amendment to the General Plan and Zoning Map as described above.
