RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 8, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): a. Home Occupation - Golden Inc., PLZ-22-2044, a home remodel/repair business located at 2918 West 13400 South. Applicant - Nick Berrett. b. Home Occupation - Strategic Stone LLC, PLZ-22-2043, a home-based landscaping and rockscaping business located at 4013 West Red Tail Drive. Applicant - Julia Gundersen c. Subdivision - Crossman Subdivision, PLZ-22-1005, a three-lot subdivision to be located at 3522 West 13400 South. Applicant - Ron Crossman d. Commercial Site Plan - My Storage Riverton, PLZ-22-8021, a commercial site plan and amended subdivision to be located at 13487 South 5600 West. Applicant - Jeffrey Bernson e. Code Amendment - Riverton City is proposing changes to its Land Development and Zoning Code in Title 18.90.010 'Table of Commercial Uses.' f. Code Amendment - Riverton City is proposing changes to the Riverton City Standard Specifications and Plans Manual. g. Minutes - Approval of minutes from Planning Commission meeting on 10.13.22. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
