NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE HUNTSVILLE TOWN APPEALS AUTHORITY AND NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION FOR THE HUNTSVILLE TOWN APPEALS AUTHORITY AND THE HUNTSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL MONDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2022 Public notice is hereby given that the Appeals Authority of Huntsville Town, Weber County, Utah, will hold a public meeting on Monday, November 21, 2022, at 6 p.m. at the Huntsville Town Maintenance Building Office at 165 South 7500 East. This is an in-person meeting. The public is welcome to attend. The meeting will adjourn to a closed session at 8:00 p.m. with the Town Council and Appeals Authority for the purpose of discussing litigation and legal status with their appointed attorneys. Meeting Place: Huntsville Town Maintenance Office Building (South Side), 165 South 7500 East Time: 6:00 p.m. Agenda: 1) Welcome 2) Discussion and/or action on approval of the minutes for the Tom Freeman determination of non-conforming lot, September 12, 2022. 3) Presentation of Variance Request for parcel #240170039. The variance request is to provide additional set back for a garage restoration.
