1. Call to Order & Welcome: Amber Koecher, Library Board Chair.
2. Public Comment: Time for members of the public to make comments on issues not included on today's agenda.
3. Approval of Minutes: Minutes of the regular Board meeting held on October 14, 2022 (The meeting of September 9, 2022 was canceled).
4. Consent Agenda Items
A. Library Director's Report: October 2022.
B. Report of Year-to-date Expenditures: October 2022.
A. INTRODUCTION: Library staff member: Alice DeFriez, Librarian.
B. UPDATE: Invitation to Dustin Grabau, County Manager, Heber Lefgren, Assistant County Manager, and Natalie Foster, County Manager's Office, to attend the January 20, 2023 regular Library Board meeting at 1:30 PM.
C. ACTION: Adopt the Art Exhibit Policy if available from the County Attorney's office.
D. UPDATE: Library Board's Holiday Social gathering. Wednesday, December 7, 2022 starting at 7:00 PM. Proposed Location: Back 40 Ranch House Grill.
E. DISCUSSION: Capstone Project as part of library staff Angela Edwards and Dana Brosnahan completion of the Certified Public Manager certification.

The Board may consider a motion to enter into a Closed Meeting.
