This emergency City Council meeting is being called and held in accordance with Utah Code Annotated 52-4-202, 5(a)(i) 'to considert matters of an emergency or urgent nature'. And according to Nibley City Resolution 12-04, this meeting may be conducted electronically. The anchor location for the meeting will be Virgil Gibbons Heritage Park, North Pavillion, 2301 South 800 West, Nibley, Utah. Public comment should be submitted to cheryl@nibleycity.com by 6:30 p.m. and will be read into the public record.
