Kids Canal REQUESTS TO PAY Transfer Agreement All UTSSD assets, agreements, and documents to SSD#1 Authorize SSD#1 Executive director to sign and execute business in regards to Uintah Transportation SSD. Executive Director Thank you FINANCIALS CLOSED MEETING A. Discussion shall be limited to one or more of the following: the character, competence, or health of an individual; deployment of security personal, devices, or systems; collective bargaining issues; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; purchase exchange, lease, or sale of real property, if such discussion prevents the district from completing a transaction on the best possible terms; or investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct. 13.
