- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE EMERY COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT EMERY COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District will meet at 5:30 p.m. on November 21st , 2022, in the Emery County Courthouse located at 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah, in the Box Conference Room. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approval of minutes for the October 2022 meeting. 2. Consideration and adoption of a Resolution 11-21-22 authorizing the organization of the Local Building Authority of Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District as well as the forms of Articles of Incorporation and By-laws and authorizing the appropriate officials to take all necessary action in connection there with. 3. UFRA comments and business. 4. Forestry, Fire and State Lands comments and business. 5. Burn Paperwork Discussion. For DNR PC Agreement. By Dec 31st . 6. BLM comments and business. 7. Discussion and vote on 2023 Fire District Meeting Schedule. 8. Discuss and Vote old Fire Trucks and transfer of titles to the cities. 9. Board Training need by Dec 31st . 10. Review Tentative Budget for 2023. 11. Emery County Fire board terms of service review. 12. Fire Truck Replacement Project. Phase 2 Update: Mark 13. Fire Truck Replacement Project. Phase 3 Update: Mark 14. County Training Committee. 15. Motion to pay the bills. 16. Chief's round table. 17. Citizens' concerns
