IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, November 29, 2022 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on recommendation on a Land Use Amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) to RC (Resort Commercial); and a Zone Amendment from RE-43 (Residential Estates, minimum lot size 43,000 sq ft) with a PD (Planned Development Overlay) to RC (Resort Commercial) on approximately 1.471 acres. Applicant/Owner: Kayenta Development, Inc-Owner. Lance Anderson-Applicant. Property Location: Approximately Coyote Gulch Circle and Coyote Gulch Way. Contact: Mike Haycock, Building and Zoning Administrator, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard electronically, via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at sallen@ivins.com or may submit their views in writing to the Planning Commission. A copy of the proposed amendments are available at the Ivins City Building Department.
