DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. November 2, 2022
2. Preliminary Plat
A. MEADOW CREEK RIDGE AMENDED. The proposal involves Preliminary Plat approval of a residential subdivision that includes 39 residential lots to be located at 1470 East Spanish Fork Parkway.
3. Final Plat
A. QUIET VALLEY PLAT D. The proposal involves approval of a final plat with 161 dwelling units, including townhomes and cottage lots as part of a Master Planned Development located at approximately 3200 East 700 South.
B. GREEN TREE PLAT B. The proposal involves creating an industrial subdivision of two lots located at approximately 1600 North 300 West.
4. Site Plan
A. RAVEN 3 INDUSTRIAL. The proposal involves industrial development of a parcel located at 863 East 1950 North.
B. FIRE STATION 61 TEMPORARY HOUSING UNIT. The proposal involves the construction of temporary housing units to be located at 370 North Main Street.
5. Zone Change
A. VOORHEES DUPLEX ADDITION. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-3 to R-3 with the Infill Overlay to allow for an additional duplex to be built on the property located at 117 North 200 West.
6. Text Amendment
A. TITLE 15 COMMERCIAL DOWNTOWN AMENDMENT (EVENT CENTERS). The proposal would amend Title 15 to allow event centers as a permitted or conditional use in the C-D Downtown Commercial zone.
7. Concept Review
A. VESTA TOWNHOMES CONCEPT.
B. ANDERSON TOWNHOMES CONCEPT.
8. General Plan Amendment
A. TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN 22.06. The proposal involves a revision to the Transportation Master Plan.
