Description/Agenda: RESOLUTION NO. 11-14-2022- A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE DATES AND TIMES FOR REGULARLY SCHEDULED MT. NEBO WATER AGENCY MEETINGS DURING CALENDAR YEAR 2023. WHEREAS, Title 52, Chapter 4, Part 2 of the Utah Code, as amended, requires that any public body holding regular meetings scheduled in advance over the course of a year shall give public notice at least once each year of its annual meeting schedule; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MOUNT NEBO WATER AGENCY: 1. Regular Mt. Nebo Water Agency meetings during the calendar year of 2023 will be conducted according to the following schedule beginning at 7:30 a.m. in the Salem City Council Chambers, 30 West 100 South, Salem, Utah, unless otherwise canceled, held electronically, or rescheduled by the Mt. Nebo Water Agency Board of Directors. Monday, February 13 Monday, May 8 Monday, June 12 Monday, August 14 Monday, November 13 2. This Resolution shall be posted and published according to state law. 3. This Resolution shall be effective as of the date of its adoption.
