Notice is hereby given that the Sanpete County Commission will hold the following public hearings:
A public hearing to consider and potentially approve a plat amendment to parcel # S-63683, requested by Urban Spaces LLC (Jeremy King) to the Willow Pond Subdivision located Southwest of Spring City in the RA-2 Zone. The Amendment will split lot #3, which is currently 3.81 acres and create a new lot. After proposed amendment is done, Lot #3 will be 1.50 acres and the new lot #4 will be 2.31 acres.
Recommendation for approval of Sanpete County Transportation Master Plan (Road Manual)

Anyone objecting to the proposed changes must file a written objection with the Sanpete County Clerk's Office at the Sanpete County Courthouse within 10 days of the date of this Notice. A public hearing has been scheduled to be held over a Zoom meeting on the 6th of December, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. If no written objections are received by the Sanpete County Clerk, the public hearing will be cancelled.
