Zan Sharp to discuss possible annexation requirements of property East of Sharps Transportation at Tax Id.#10-093-0007 13. Discuss for approval the Wellsville City Dealings with related parties 14. Discuss Financial options for Wellsville City and Castle County and Sardinz developments 15. Discuss the Wellsville City Fraud Risk Assessment 2022 16. Scott Wells - Discuss 1st quarter financials for July 2022 17. Discuss Department reports 18. City Manager/Recorders report.
