- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT will hold a meeting on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the City offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll Call 3. Opening Ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous board meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 conduct a public hearing; a. The board shall consider an application from Mark Baldwin for a variance to the General Plan, the Subdivision Regulation and Zoning Ordinance requirement to create 2 smaller lots on their property located at approximately 15 South 450 East. (Tax Id. #10-014-0052).
