Description/Agenda: CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 15th day of November at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember S. Kurek - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held November 1, 2022 2. Business - Resolution 22-12 'Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between Cache County and the Municipalities of Cache County for Creation Of An Entity for County and Municipal Solid Waste Disposal' - Clarkston Town Municipal Building Project - Moving Forward Strategy 3. Other Business - Next Meeting - December 6, 2022 4. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
