1. STUDY SESSION - OPEN MEETING - 4:00 p.m.
The Board may engage in discussion, provide administrative direction, or take other action on any of the study session agenda items listed below.
A. Lease Revenue Bond Authorizing and Delegating Resolution Review
Mr. John Larsen, Business Administrator

Review of resolution for a potential lease revenue bond for the new flex building prior to a vote on
November 29, 2022.
Desired outcome: Information to the Board with potential direction to staff.
B. Discussion on Jordan Portrait of a Graduate Model
Dr. Anthony Godfrey, Superintendent of Schools
Ms. Carolyn Gough, Administrator of Teaching & Learning
Discussion on timeline and process for developing a Jordan 'Portrait of a Graduate' for identifying the ideal characteristics of a graduate after going through the Jordan K-12 education system with potential integration into the Board Ends Policy E400 Mission Statement.
Desired outcome: Board members will hold discussion and make recommendations.
C. Comprehensive Guidance Report
Ms. Stacee Worthen, Secondary Counseling Consultant, Student Services
Annual report on the Comprehensive Guidance program in Jordan School District to meet USBE requirements.
Desired outcome: Information to the Board.
D. Boundary Survey Report
Dr. Michael Anderson, Associate Superintendent

Mr. Scott Festin, Consultant, Planning & Enrollment
Report on the boundary survey responses by neighborhoods and feedback on Option F as part of the boundary process.
Desired outcome: Board members will hold discussion with direction to staff.
E. Discussion on Future of West Jordan Area Schools

Potential use of property and proposed renovations to West Jordan area schools.

F. Review of Administrative Policies AA402 Advancement, Promotion, and Graduation of Students and AA419 Student Conduct and Dress

G. Review of Administrative Policy DP367 District Records Management
