NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
NORTH SUMMIT FIRE DISTRICT
The NORTH SUMMIT FIRE DISTRICT is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The NORTH SUMMIT FIRE DISTRICT tax on a $350,000
residence would increase from $61.22 to $264.41, which is
$203.19 per year.
- The NORTH SUMMIT FIRE DISTRICT tax on a $350,000
business would increase from $111.30 to $480.71, which is
$369.41 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, NORTH SUMMIT FIRE DISTRICT would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 331.91% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
