CITY COUNCIL AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING AT 7:00 PM ON NOVEMBER 15, 2022 AT CENTERVILLE CITY HALL, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH. Centerville City Council meetings are open to the public, unless otherwise closed for reasons allowed by law. Centerville City Council meetings may be conducted via electronic means pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-207. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations due to a disability may contact the City Recorder at (801) 295-3477, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs or provide greater efficiency. Public Hearing - Transfer of Gap Property - 500 East Center Street - Bradshaw and Degrey Consider conveyance by quitclaim deed of approximately 16.5' of gap property from prior vacation of 500 East to adjacent property owners Bradshaws and Degreys 2. Public Hearing - Transfer of Remnant Property - 173 North 100 East - Grant and Yvonne Phillips Consider conveyance by quitclaim deed of approximately 21' of remnant property to the abutting property owners Grant and Yvonne Phillips, as Trustees, of the Grant and Yvonne Phillips Revocable Trust 3. Public Hearing - Parrish Creek Subdivision Plat Amendment - Lots 1, 3, and 4, Parrish Creek Business Park, 1050 N. 950 W. The applicant is requesting a subdivision plat amendment to realign and combine three (3) lots in the subdivision to finalize the amendments that were approved previously by the City. 4. CDBG Grant Application - ADA Pedestrian Ramps Consider Resolution No. 2022-27 supporting the ADA pedestrian ramp project and submitting an application to Davis County for 2022 CDBG Program funds F. SUMMARY ACTION Items of a summary or routine nature may be approved by summary action of the Council unless otherwise pulled from summary action for separate discussion. 1. Public Works Vehicle Purchase - Cat Wheel Loader Consider the purchase of the 2022, 926 M Cat wheel loader from Wheeler Machinery for $164,090.00 2. Rocky Mountain Monument and Vault - Niche Wall Contract Consider Rocky Mountain Monument and Vault Corp. Contract to build new Niche Wall for $27,500 G. MINUTES Minutes of prior meetings may be reviewed and accepted. Minutes review and approval shall comply with the Centerville City Minutes Approval Policy. 1. FINANCIAL REPORT The Finance Director may provide monthly or quarterly financial reports as required by law. 1. Monthly Financial Report Monthly Financial Report - October 2022 J. COUNCIL REPORT City Council members may report on meetings or events attended in their official capacity. 1. Councilwoman Gina Hirst Councilmember Gina Hirst will report on committee assignments, including Deuel Creek Irrigation Company and Parks and Recreation Committee K. MAYOR REPORT The Mayor may report on meetings or events attended in the Mayor's official capacity. L. CITY MANAGER REPORT The City Manager may provide information or notice of current events or incidents impacting the City. M. CLOSED SESSION The City Council may vote to discuss matters in a closed session for reasons allowed by law, including, but not limited to, the provisions of Utah Code § 52-4-205 of the Open and Public Meetings Act, and for attorney-client matters that are privileged pursuant to Utah Code § 78B-1-137. N.
