NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING AT 7:00 PM ON NOVEMBER 15, 2022 AT CENTERVILLE CITY HALL, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH.
Centerville City Council meetings are open to the public, unless otherwise closed for reasons allowed by law. Centerville City Council meetings may be conducted via electronic means pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-207. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations due to a disability may contact the City Recorder at (801) 295-3477, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs or provide greater efficiency.

2. Public Hearing - Transfer of Remnant Property - 173 North 100 East - Grant and Yvonne Phillips
Consider conveyance by quitclaim deed of approximately 21' of remnant property to the abutting property owners Grant and Yvonne Phillips, as Trustees, of the Grant and Yvonne Phillips Revocable Trust
3. Public Hearing - Parrish Creek Subdivision Plat Amendment - Lots 1, 3, and 4, Parrish Creek Business Park, 1050 N. 950 W.
The applicant is requesting a subdivision plat amendment to realign and combine three (3) lots in the subdivision to finalize the amendments that were approved previously by the City.
4. CDBG Grant Application - ADA Pedestrian Ramps
Consider Resolution No. 2022-27 supporting the ADA pedestrian ramp project and submitting an application to Davis County for 2022 CDBG Program funds
