- Notice is hereby given that the Spanish Fork City Council adopted Resolution 22-36 Intent to Annexation property known as the GWC Annexation on November 1, 2022. The annexation covers 39.9121 acres consisting of Utah County parcels 24:002:0017, 24:002:0023, 24:002:0024, 24:002:0019, 24:002:0004, 24:002:0021 located at approximately 4115 South 800 West, Utah County. A complete map and legal description of the proposed area for annexation are available for inspection and copying at the Spanish Fork City Office, located at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. Spanish Fork City intends to annex the proposed area unless, at or before the hearing, written protest to the annexation is filed by the owners of private real property within the proposed annexation covering a majority of the total private land area and equal in value to at least one half (1/2) the value of all private real property proposed for annexation with the City Recorder at Spanish Fork City at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660. Public hearing is scheduled before the Spanish Fork City Council on December 13, 2022. Published on Public Notice Website November 10, 17, and November 24, 2022.
