- PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA Roll Call Approval of Bluff Town Council Regular Meeting Minutes from November 15, 2022 1. Open Public Hearing: PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON JUDY F. LYMAN'S PETITION TO DISCONNECT FROM THE TOWN OF BLUFF pursuant to Section 10-2-501, Utah Code Ann. Notice is hereby given that the Town of Bluff will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the Bluff Community Center, 190 North 3rd East, Bluff, Utah 84512 to accept written or oral comments and questions and to elicit community input on Judy Lyman's Petition to Disconnect from the Town of Bluff. The land at issue is a parcel of land described as Sec. 16, T. 40S, R. 22E, SLM, County of San Juan, State of Utah. PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE PETITION BY JUDY F. LYMAN TO DISCONNECT 640 ACRES FROM THE TOWN OF BLUFF CLOSES AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON DECEMBER 1, 2022. NO FURTHER COMMENTS, WRITTEN OR ORAL, WILL BE RECEIVED BY THE BLUFF TOWN COUNCIL. 2. Close Public Hearing. Adjourn The Public Hearing will be held virtually and in person at the Bluff Community Center, 190 North 3rd East, Bluff, Utah 84512. This meeting will follow the social distancing guidelines given by state and local authorities. This meeting will be held virtually.
