RIVERTON FIRE SERVICE AREA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2023 CALENDAR YEAR FINAL BUDGET NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Riverton Fire Service Area (RFSA) will hold a Public Hearing on December 13, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, at Riverton City Hall located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, Utah. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment on the RFSA Final Budget for Calendar Year 2023. Copies of the final budget are available for public review during business hours in the office of the City Recorder located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, Utah. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Riverton City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the Hearing. Assistance may be requested by contacting the Recorder's Office at 801-208-3128, providing at least 24 hours advance notice of the Hearing.

Riverton City Hall is an ADA compliant facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorder's Office at 801-208-3126 at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance is located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the Council Chambers located on the second floor.
