Description/Agenda: SUMMARY OF ADOPTION OF RICHFIELD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-33 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 11, 2022, the Mayor and City Council of Richfield Adopted Ordinance 2022-33, an Ordinance Amending the 2003-2015 Richfield City General Plan and Corresponding Map Changes the Zoning of the General Plan Map of the Property Identified as Parcels #1-8-11, located at 647 South Main, from Commercial Shopping to High-Density Multi-Family RM-24 and Amending the land use Ordinance and Corresponding Map for Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, changing the Zoning of the Property from Commercial Shopping (CS) to High-Density Multi-Family Residential (RM-24) Zone. The Ordinance shall become effective upon posting this summary at www.pmn.utah.gov and www.richfieldcity.com this 10th day of November 2022.
