Approval of the minutes:
Item No. 1 Approval of the Minutes: The Providence City Council will consider for approval the minutes of October 19th 2022 .

Presentations/Reports:
Item No.____2_____Audit Presentation and Review: Auditors from Aycock, Miles, & Associates CPA's will present to City Council their findings and recommendations per their audit. The Providence City Council will review, discuss, and may take action on approving the City's annual audit review.
Public Hearings:
Item No.____3__ Providence City Code 5-1-22(B) & 5-1-29 Amendment: Providence City Council will take comments and questions on proposed amendments to Providence City Code 5-1-22(b) public nuisances prohibited & PCC 5-1-29 loud or offensive animals, penalty. Amendment seeks to comply with HB 202 changing criminal penalties for animal violations from a Class C Misdemeanor to an Infraction.
Item No.____4_ __Providence City Bike Lane Improvements and Routes: Providence City Council will take comments and questions regarding bike lane improvements and routes per the approved 2020 Transportation Master Plan. (BIKE LANE MAP)

Item No.____5____ Ordinance 09-2022:Providence City Code 5-1-22(B) & 5-1-29 Amendment: The Providence City Council will review, discuss, and may take action on an ordinance amending Providence City Code 5-1-22(b) public nuisances prohibited & 5-1-29 loud or offensive animals, penalty; changing the criminal penalty from a Class C Misdemeanor to an Infraction per House Bill 202.
Item No._____6___ Resolution 017-2022 - Providence City's Water Conservation Plan: The Providence City Council will consider for adoption a resolution approving the City's Water Conservation Plan.
Item No.___7____Resolution 013-2022: The Providence City Council will review, discuss, and may take action on a resolution appointing Robert Henke to the Providence City Planning Commission.
Item No.____8___Resolution 014-2022: The Providence City Council will review, discuss, and may take action on a resolution appointing Mary Ann Henke to the Providence City Historic Preservation Commission.
Item No._____9__ Ordinance 08-2022: Amending PPC 10-4-1 Zoning Districts Established: The Providence City Council will review, discuss, and may make take action on an ordinance to amend city code 10-4-1 Zoning Districts Established. Ordinance seeks to amend some of the names of the zoning districts and their accompanying abbreviations.
Item No. 10 Resolution 016-2022: Moderate Income Housing Strategies Amendment: The Providence City Council will review, discuss, and may take action on a resolution regarding a proposal to amend the wording of strategies listed in 6.3 of the moderate-income housing elements of the Providence City General Plan 2020 to be consistent with the requirements of UCA 10-9a-403(2)(b)(iii) and UCA 10-9a-403(2)(c).

Item No. 11 Providence City Public Works Shop Building Addition: The Providence City Council will review, discuss, and may take action on a quote, contract and/or plans for the city to move forward with adding a building to the Public Works Department City Shop.
