- SUMMARY OF ADOPTION OF RICHFIELD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-28 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this Ordinance shall be effective as of December 27, 2022, the Mayor and City Council of Richfield Adopted Ordinance 2022-25, an Ordinance Adopting an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis and Imposing Certain Impact Fees; Providing for the Calculation and Collection of such fees; Providing for Appeal, Accounting, and Severability of the same, and other related matters. The Ordinance shall become effective upon posting this summary at www.pmn.utah.gov and www.richfieldcity.com this 10th day of November 2022.
