Cleveland Town Council Meeting PUBLIC HEARING November 10, 2022 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: by Town Clerk Flag Ceremonies: Opening Ceremonies: Pledge Minutes: Approve June 9, 2022 minutes Questions for the Mayor and Council Limited to 10 minutes This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence. Please limit your comments to three minutes. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Receive comment/questions about an ordinance amending Cleveland Town Zoning Ordinance Section 2-3.14 Remediation Process #4 which will set a monetary fine amount. Which read: 4) Fail to correct the violation, to request a hearing, or to request an extension. This option shall result in daily accrual of fines, beginning at five o'clock p.m. of the fourteenth (14) day. Right to a hearing or extension is forfeited immediately upon expiration of the fourteen (14) day grace period. 2. Adjourn Meeting If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken The next regular Council Meeting will be held on December 8, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
