Roll Call - Chair 2. Approval of the minutes - Chair A. Review and Approval of September 29, 2022 EDLF Minutes EDLF Committee members will review the September 29, 2022 minutes and consider for approval. 3. Review and Recommend Forty Three Bakery Loan - Peter Makowski A. Staff will present the loan packet for Salt Lake City business, Forty Three Bakery, and answer loan committee questions. B. EDLF Committee members will vote to recommend Forty Three Bakery qualifies for the loan amount requested. C. 20 minute break to tally the evaluation forms. D. EDLF Committee members will review the evaluation score for Forty Three Bakery loan and vote to recommend results to Council. 4. Adjournment - Chair
