THIS IS AN EMERGENCY NOTICE THAT THE FIVE COUNTY STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULED TODAY IN CEDAR CITY UTAH WILL NOT TAKE PLACE AS AN IN-PERSON MEETING. THIS MEETING WILL INSTEAD ONLY BE HELD ELECTRONICALLY DUE TO DANGEROUS ROAD TRAVEL CONDITIONS BECAUSE OF A WIDESPREAD SNOW STORM.
