1. Welcome: Mayor James Winn opened the meeting, welcomed everyone in attendance.
2. Stacie & Gary England: The England's decided to change the amount of land to be annexed in to be 1 acre lot instead of .5 acres. They will come with new plat maps with the amount of land changed. James let them know that CVSSD need to have a place on the plat map for signatures. Stacie explained that there may be a better way to have a road put in instead of coming from the other direction. The town would have to buy the land from Dustin Hansen to have the road in the right place. James spoke with CVSSD and it is on the agenda for next year to have as much road and water lines as the budget will allow. Lori explained we cannot annex in until we can provide services. The England's will investigate the services being provided through the county. Katie had to pay for 250ft of culinary and secondary. She wants it added to the agenda for next month.
3. Citizen Concerns: Ben Brady explained that there are trees and Larry Johansen's trailers and trucks parked on the road. The trees along Center St. still need to be trimmed back. Ben also mentioned the speeding through town.

5. Driveway Assistance from Town; Boe Minchey: James explained that we need to figure out what we will do when citizens put in a new house and already have an approach. Stoney made a motion that if a new homeowner doesn't utilize an approach that is on their property, they are responsible for putting one in themselves. If the curb and gutter are already in, it is the property owner's responsibility to put in the approach themselves, it has to be approved by the Town and ADA. Tara seconded. All in attendance agreed.
