Ms. Rigby will provide updates on Salesforce access, ongoing meeting structure, and how to make sure Committee members review applications in an anonymous format.
ACTION ITEMS:
1. Adoption of Ongoing Meeting Structure (5 Minutes) Tanya Hawkins, Chair
Discussion regarding Committee member's opinions on the ongoing structure of meetings (in-person or hybrid). Committee staff recommends conducting hybrid meetings unless it is deemed that in-person meetings are needed.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Conflict of Interest Disclosure Forms (5 Minutes) Cathie Rigby
Reminder to Committee members to sign and return conflict of interest disclosure forms distributed last week.
Members can also email PDFs completed forms to Committee staff.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Review and Discuss Small Business Applications (20+ minutes) Tanya Hawkins, Chair
Committee will review #1-15 of small business applications submitted in Salesforce software. Committee members can use this discussion time for:
1) general questions on reviewing applications, or
2) general questions on the rubric for scoring applications, or
3) questions related to specific applicants and any needed clarification.
