Regular Council Meeting 2. Anjolee Jones, Miss Manti 2022 - Request to address Council to present her platform: 'Behind the Mask'. 3. Blake DeMill, Power Superintendent - Summary review of Capital Facilities Plan for Manti City Power. 4. Blake DeMill, Power Superintendent - Review of Impact Fee Facilities Plan & Impact Fee Analysis. 5. Discussion concerning proposed impact fee for new electrical services. 6. Discussion concerning proposed culinary water treatment plant. 7. Kent Barton - Monthly financial report: October 2022 statements. 8. Continuing Business. a. Discussion concerning need to resurface swimming pool. 9. Councilmembers reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jeff Killian Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 10. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 11. Mayor Bigelow. 12. Consideration of minutes of the previous meetings. (Council Meeting - October 21st, 2022). 13. City Manager Kent Barton. 14. Closed Session (if needed).
