Panguitch City Planning and Zoning Minutes OCTOBER 3, 2022, AT 5:00 PM The Panguitch Planning and Zoning meeting was held at the Panguitch City Office at 25 S 200 E. Those in attendance were City Manager Lori Talbot, City Recorder Tyrissa Howell, Committee Chair Todd Breinholt and committee members Tracy Wright, Clint Albrecht, and Chris Hatch. Also present was Paul Dastrup. Adoption of the Agenda Chris Hatch moved, seconded by Tracy Wright to adopt the agenda. The motion passed with all in favor. Approval of the Minutes Chris Hatch moved, seconded by Clint Albrecht to approve the minutes. The motion passed with all in favor. Multifamily Dwellings Zoning/Density Currently Panguitch City's municipal code does not define the size of multifamily dwellings allowed in residential zones. The City Council stated they would like residential to be restricted to 4plexes or smaller with a new zone created for larger multifamily dwellings. There was discussion on approved uses, conditional uses, lot sizes and setbacks in the different existing zones. Chris Hatch moves, seconded by Tracy Wright to table for more information to be gathered. The motion passed with all in favor. Short Term Rental Ptown Sanctuary at 378 W Center Clint Albrecht moved, seconded by Tracy Wright to approve Ptown Sanctuary at 378 W Center. The motion passed with all in favor.
