- PUBLIC NOTICE Communities that Care Coalition Community That Cares/Vineyard Cares will be hosting a dinner for invited guests only on Tuesday November 8, 2022 at 6:30 PM, in the City Council Chambers at 125 South Main Street. This event is being noticed because there may be more than two councilmembers in attendance. No minutes will be taken at this event.
