Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Section l 7B- l -609, the Administrative Control Board of the Utah Valley Road Special Service District (the 'Board' ) will hold a public hearing on Wednesday , November 30, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., in the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah, to consider the adoption of the 2023 budget for the Utah Valley Road Special Service District. After the public hearing, the Board may make final adjustments to the tentative budget of the Utah Valley Road Special Service District and by resolution shall adopt said budget to be in effect for the next calendar year, subject to further amendment DATED this 26th day of October, 2022.
