PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 17th, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Public Hearing: Code Text Amendment - Section 10-14-24-3-D-1 (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of St. John's Properties to amend City Code Section 10-14-24-3-D1, by modifying the provisions, requirements and list for permitted principal uses within The Grove Interchange Subdistrict and adding a series of multiple new uses or categories to the list of permitted uses within the zone.
