To accept public input on the following items:
A) Ordinance 2022-12: An Ordinance Forgiving Overpayment of Compensation to Virgin's Elected and Appointed Officers for the 4-year period from July 2018 to June 2022 due to failure to Amend Virgin's Municipal Procedures Code 3.06.030 from June 2018 to June 2021.
