EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold public hearings on November 15, 2022, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following items: - The Village at Porter's Crossing Plat 1 Recorded Plat Amendment. A proposed amendment to subdivide Lot 3 into four lots, located at 4010 E Sunbury Lane, Utah County Parcel No. 54:343:0003 in the Tier IV Residential Zone. - Porter's Crossing Town Center General Plan Amendment, Rezone, and Master Development Plan Amendment: o Amend the Future Land Use Map in the northern portion of the project from Neighborhood Residential 1 to Neighborhood Residential 2 and 3; o Rezone the commercial portion of the project to Community Commercial and rezone the northern portion of the project from Residential, Civic and Institutional to MF-1, MF-2, and OS-I zones; and o Convert 11.6 acres from commercial and 180 apartment units to all commercial use, and convert the northern 21.29 acres from senior living, a possible recreation facility, institutional use, and RV storage to 218 apartments/townhomes, parking, park improvements, RV storage, and a possible nursery. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the City website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
