PLEASANT GROVE CITY DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING
The Design Review Board will meet Thursday, November 3, 2022, at 6:00 pm for the projects listed below. City Staff will host the meeting at Community Hall in the Police and Court Building, 108 S. 100 E. Pleasant Grove, Utah,

Public Hearing to consider the request of the Hale Center Foundation for the Arts and Education for a commercial site plan for a theater, located at approx. 360 South 1300 West in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict.
2. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 812 South Pleasant View Drive

Public Hearing to consider the request of the St. John's Properties for a commercial site plan for a retail commercial building, located at approx. 812 South Pleasant View Drive in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict.
3. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 834 South Pleasant View Drive

Public Hearing to consider the request of the St. John's Properties for a commercial site plan for a retail commercial building, located at approx. 834 South Pleasant View Drive in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict.
4. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 360 South 100 East
(String Town Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Mustang Design for a site plan for the construction of a mixed-use building, on property located at 360 South 100 East in the Downtown Village - Commercial Zone.
