PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of Levan Town, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday Nov 2, 2022 at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan Utah, at 7:00 PM. PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING: 1. Opening Business: Welcome Roll Call Prayer Pledge of Allegiance 2. Action Items: a. Approval of past Minutes: October 5, 2022 Regular Planning Meeting 3. Reports: Jones Homes, LLC [Messersmith home]-New Home Building Permit Sharon Huntsman - Re-Roof Permit Discussion Items: Trent Stowell - questions about requirements for building on his property on 300 East. Notice of Intent to File Annexation petition In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Levan Town will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting.
