PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah. You can also view the meeting on our live stream channel.

CALL TO ORDER
1. INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHTS/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
2. OPEN SESSION - Time dedicated for public comment. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. No actions may be taken by the Planning Commission due to the need for proper public noticing.

4. BUSINESS ITEMS
4.1 Minor Site Plan Amendment- The Yard Building P
Karla Matta with X Development has submitted a minor site plan amendment application for Building P located within the Yard Subdivision. The Planning Commission will take appropriate action.
4.2 Downtown Vineyard Phase 2B Preliminary Plat Application
Bronson Tatton with Flagborough has submitted a preliminary plat for Phase 2B of Downtown Vineyard. The Planning Commission will take appropriate action.
4.3 Downtown Vineyard Block 5 Site Plan Application
Bronson Tatton with Flagborough has submitted a site plan application for block 5 of Downtown Vineyard. The Planning Commission will take appropriate action.
4.4 Downtown Vineyard Block 6 Site Plan Application
Bronson Tatton with Flagborough has submitted a site plan application for block 6 of Downtown Vineyard. The Planning Commission will take appropriate action.
4.5 2023 Planning Commission Calendar
The Planning Commission will act to approve the proposed 2023 Planning Commission Calendar.
4.6 Appointment of New Chair and Vice-Chair
The Planning Commission will appoint a new Chair and Vice-Chair for 2023.
