- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on October 25, 2022, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2022-10-51 which approved amendments to Section 17.11.103 of the city code related to planning commission to conduct a public hearing before recommending amendments and the required notices. This ordinance amends city code to follow state code. The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Dated this 1st day of November 2022.
