Kaysville City Public Hearing Notice The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 10, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from Bryan Carling, who is requesting a zone change for 97 E. Crestwood from R-1-8 Single Family Residential District to R-1-6 Single Family Residential District. The subject property is 0.34 acres/ 14,810.4 ft² parcel on Crestwood which is currently used as a single family residence. The rezone would allow for a Single Family Dwelling on a 6,000 ft² lot. Comments may be submitted by attending the public hearing in person or through an online form at: https://www.kaysvillecity.com/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
