- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting Thursday November 15, 2022 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m.. The board shall consider an application from Mark Baldwin for a variance to the General Plan, the Subdivision Regulation and Zoning ordinance requirement to create 2 smaller lots on their property located at approximately 15 South 450 East. (Tax Id. #10-014-0052).
