Jason Lundahl - Present for approval along with a recommendation from Planning Commission the final plat for the Pallets of Utah Subdivision consisting of 4 lots total, located at approximately 4300 South 3000 West. Tax Id. #11-091-0010 11. Discuss options of property in Wellsville for purchasing with open space contributions. 12. Scott Wells - Discuss 4th quarter financials for June 2022 13. Discuss Department reports 14. City Manager/Recorders report.
