Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold public hearings before the Planning Commission on November 10, 2022, at 6:30 pm and before the City Council on November 15, 2022, at 7:00 pm to receive public comment on a request by Draper City. For a Text Amendment to DCMC Section 9-26-140, known as the City Initiated Lone Peak Marketplace Freeway Sign Text Amendment, for the purpose of modifying the exhibits to the Freeway Frontage Designated Development Areas for the property at approximately 11479 South State Street. The hearings will be on November 10, 2022, at 6:30 pm and November 15, 2022, at 7:00 pm.
