Approve Minutes of the Previous Meeting b. Approve Purchase Orders, Payroll and Payment of Bills c. Licenses and Permits COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS a. Fire Department Report b. Millard County Commission Report c. Information on current deer population in Fillmore City - Mike Wardle and Stetson West, Department of Wildlife Resources d. Discussion regarding possible creation of a Fillmore City Chamber of Commerce and possible creation of part-time secretary position for the chamber - Kaylene Kennington, Millard County Tourism OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discuss and possibly approve Friends of Territorial House request for donation to help sponsor a Christmas performance of the Bar D Wranglers in Fillmore City in 2022 b. Discuss and possibly approve request for annual budgeted donation to the American Legion c. Discuss and possibly approve amending the Specs and Standards for Public Improvements policy to allow for PVC as an approved material for water infrastructure improvements d. Council to hear and consider request from Aaron and Kelsie Fausett regarding city utility connection request outside of Fillmore City limits e. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 22-23 adding a bulk water usage deposit to the Fillmore City utilities policy COUNCIL/CITY ATTORNEY/MAYOR DEPARTMENT REPORTS (Identification of issues for consideration on future agendas)
