Meeting Called to Order: Invocation by Invitation; Pledge of Allegiance B. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Agenda 3. Minutes: September 21, 2022, and October 3, 2022, regular meetings C. Presentation: 1. Visit from Witch Hazel 2. Royalty 3. La Verkin Elementary School-Gabbi Young 4. Victim Service Coordinator-Tiffany Mower 5. Specialized Investigations-Steve Johnson D. Business: 1. Presentation and discussion regarding Interstate Rock Products Critical Infrastructure Protection Overlay. 2. Discussion regarding Interstate Rock Products road dedication. 3. Discussion and possible action to approve the revised preliminary and final plat for Cottonwood Hollow Phase 4, a 13-lot subdivision located north of 970 North. 4. Discussion and possible action to approve Proclamation 2022-04, a proclamation designating October as Domestic Violence Awareness month. 5. Discussion and possible action to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between La Verkin City and Ash Creek Special Service District regarding impact and service fees for the sewer and water. E.
