Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects: - I-1, Light Industrial Zoning Designation: Requested by Orchards Business Park LLC an I-1, Light Industrial zoning designation. Presently the property is zoned R-1-A, Residential Agricultural Zone. The property is located at approximately 400 North 700 West on Utah County Parcels 37:171:0001, 30:024:0115. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
