- Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing Thursday November 10, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1307 N. Commerce Dr., Suite 200, Saratoga Springs UT 84045, on the following: 1) The Viviano at Saratoga Springs Community Plan & Village Plan major amendment. Located approximately 400 W. Pony Express. Property Reserve Inc., as applicant. 2) Amendments to City Land Use Code, City initiated. Title 19 including chapters: 19.02 - Definitions; 19.05 - Supplementary Regulations - proposed adding Car Wash spacing and water reuse requirements; and Accessory Structures, proposing to provide improved architectural standards for quality and compatibility of construction; 19.18 - Sign Regulations - proposed to allow one preview board in each drive-thru lane and allow curbside pick-up signs to be placed in parking spaces; 19.20 - Internal Accessory Dwelling Units - proposed to update the review process of applications which request an amendment to the IADU approved and prohibited areas Map. Comments & questions may be directed to the Planning Dept. 801-766-9793. Comments may also be submitted to comments@saratogaspringscity.com. Copies of the proposed Land Use applications are available for public inspection online at www.saratogaspringscity.com.
