PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on an amendment to the Brigham City Code, Title 29 Zoning, Chapter 29.14 Industrial Districts. The purpose is to include the use category Manufacturing, Processing, Packaging, and Distribution of the following: All purpose cleaners, tire shines, degreasers, glass cleaner, windshield washer fluid, interior carpet shampoo, and other similar product, as a permitted use in both the Manufacturing-Distribution (M-D) and General Industrial (M-G) Districts. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604.
