NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Thursday, November 10, 2022, a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. by the Salt Lake City Council to consider Petition PLNPCM2022-00009 856 W. 1300 South Zoning Map Amendment - Jordan Atkin, TAG SLC, LLC, proposes to amend the zoning map to change the zoning for the 0.28-acre parcel noted above from R-1/5,000 (Single-family Residential District) to FB-UN1 (Form Based Urban Neighborhood District) in its entirety. The parcel is currently occupied by a single-family residential dwelling. This zoning map amendment change will facilitate the redevelopment of this parcel into a single-family attached residential project. The subject property is located in Council District 2 represented by Alejandro Puy.
All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter. This meeting will be held via electronic means, while also providing an in-person opportunity to attend or participate in the hearing at the City and County Building, located at 451 South State Street, Room 326, Salt Lake City, Utah.
